STARZ TO HOLD ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS
Beverly Hills, Calif. - May 5, 2014 - Starz (NASDAQ: STRZA, STRZB) will be holding its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, June 5, 2014, at 1:00 PM PT at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, 9876 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills, California 90210. The record date for the meeting was 5:00 PM ET on April 10, 2014. At the meeting, Starz may make observations regarding the company's financial performance and outlook.
The presentation will be broadcast live via the Internet. All interested participants should visit the Starz investor website at http://ir.starz.com/events.cfm to register for the webcast. An archive of the webcast will also be available on this website for 30 days.
