CTPartners Executive Search Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Park Brown, Perth Australia Specialists in the Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Sectors

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 29, 2014-- CTPartners Executive Search, Inc., (NYSE MKT:CTP) a leading global retained executive search firm, announced today that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire the Perth, Australia office of Park Brown International, an executive search firm focusing on the energy, natural resources and infrastructure.
