Post Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this Form 8-K/A to update the slide presentation to be used on a conference call and simultaneous presentation to investors at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the acquisition of MFI Holding Corporation from affiliates of GS Capital Partners, affiliates of Thomas H. Lee Partners and other owners. The updated investor presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
