On April 8, 2014, Tempur Sealy International, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Sealy brand rights in Japan and certain assets from the former Sealy Japan licensee. The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
