Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

ISC8 Inc. (the “Company”) will host a conference call today at 4:30 PM EDT to introduce J. Kirsten Bay, the Company’s newly appointed Chief Executive Officer. A copy of the press release announcing the call is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1
