Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 17, 2014, Gary D. Watkins, Vice President and Controller and principal accounting officer of DCP Midstream GP, LLC, the general partner of the general partner of DCP Midstream Partners, LP, provided notice of his resignation to pursue an employment opportunity with another energy company. Mr. Watkins will continue in his current role for a transition period through April 4, 2014.
