Updated Call Driven Financial Guidance.

On March 19, 2014, Marchex, Inc. (“Marchex” or the “Company”) is issuing a press release announcing updated call-driven financial guidance for the first quarter ending March 31, 2014 (the “Guidance Press Release”). On March 19, 2014, Marchex is issuing a press release announcing the commencement of an underwritten public offering (the “Offering Press Release”).
