On March 8, 2014, the Board of Directors of Fiserv, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Daniel P. Kearney to serve as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors when the term of its current Chairman, Donald F. Dillon, ends on May 28, 2014. Mr. Dillon has been with the Company or its predecessor for nearly 40 years, serving as a director of the Company since 1995 and as the Company’s Chairman for the last 14 years. Mr. Kearney has served as an independent director of the Company since 1999.
