Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(e) On February 9, 2014, our board of directors promoted Harry G. Sladich to Executive Vice President of Hotel Operations and Sales from Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Distribution. In connection with that promotion, his annual base salary was increased from $200,000 to $225,000.
