Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 19, 2013, Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had signed a letter of intent to provide certain well stimulation and completion services to an exploration and production company in the Neuquén province of Argentina. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
