Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Darden Restaurants, Inc. (the “Company”) hosted a conference call on December 19, 2013, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, to discuss certain financial, cost savings and other information relating to the Company’s previously announced comprehensive plan to enhance shareholder value. A copy of the investor presentation prepared by the Company for use during the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference in its entirety to this Item 7.01.
