On December 12, 2013, Richard F. Nanna, R. David Russell and Andrew G. Sharkey III, members of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of General Moly, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of their intention to retire from the Board effective December 31, 2013.  On December 17, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing the retirements.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
