During an investor conference call on December 16, 2013, the management of SunCoke Energy, Inc. (“Company”) presented its preliminary 2014 outlook, including guidance on coke and coal production, earnings, capital expenditures and other key financial measures. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 are the slides that were presented. These slides were made available on the Company’s website at www.SunCoke.com simultaneously with the presentation.
