Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 20, 2013, BOLDFACE Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, the Company’s financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
