On November 15, 2013, Ralph J. Szygenda resigned from the Board of Directors of Covisint Corporation. Mr. Szygenda served on the Board of Directors, as the Chairman of the Compensation Committee and as a member of the Audit and Nominating/Governance Committees since November 30, 2012.
