Pacific Continental Corporation, the bank holding company for Pacific Continental Bank, has announced the appointment of Judith A. Johansen to its board of directors, and to the board of Pacific Continental Bank, effective November 19, 2013. Ms. Johansen’s appointment to the respective boards expands the number of current directors from eight to nine. A copy of the press release announcing the appointment of Ms. Johansen is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
