On November 7, 2013, Cascade Bancorp (the "Company") announced that it will conduct a quarterly earnings conference call Wednesday, November 13, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. PST (4:30 p.m. EST) during which the Company will discuss third quarter results and provide an update on recent activities. The press release announcing the conference call information is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
