Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 30, 2013, STAAR Surgical Company (the “Company”) published a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter ended September 27, 2013, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by this reference.

On October 30, 2013, the Company held a conference call to discuss the financial results for the quarter ended September 27, 2013.
