On October 18, 2013, Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (“Spectrum Brands”; NYSE: SPB), a majority owned subsidiary of Harbinger Group Inc. (“HGI”; NYSE: HRG), issued a press release announcing that it will issue its fiscal 2013 fourth quarter and full year financial results and host a live conference call and webcast on Thursday, November 21, 2013. Interested parties should read Spectrum Brands’ announcements and public filings regarding the date, time and access information and any related changes with respect to the foregoing.
