On October 11, 2013, Union First Market Bankshares Corporation issued a press release announcing that it received regulatory approval from the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and from the Virginia State Corporation Commission to move forward with its acquisition of StellarOne Corporation.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
