Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation.


On August 20, 2013, the Company filed with the Nevada Secretary of State, a Certificate of Amendment to Articles of Incorporation (the “Amendment”) which changed the name of the Company from Bright Mountain Holdings, Inc. to Wall Street Media Co, Inc.  The Amendment was deemed effective on August 30, 2013.  The remainder of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation was unchanged.
