On August 21, 2013, Plexus Corp. (the “Company”) announced entry into a lease agreement for a 265,000 square foot facility to be built in Guadalajara, Mexico. Construction of the facility is anticipated to begin later this month, with completion expected during the Company’s fiscal third quarter of 2014. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
