Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 12, 2013, Derma Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its results of operations and financial condition for its second quarter ended June 30, 2013. The Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
