On July 16, 2013, Healthcare Services Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its earnings for the three and six months ended June 30, 2013. A copy of the Press Release is being furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference to this Current Report.
In addition, on July 17, 2013 at 8:30 a.m., Eastern Time, the Company held a conference call to discuss its results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2013. The conference call was announced by a widely disseminated press release and was made available to the public via telephone and webcast. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
