Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 21, 2013, the Board of Directors extended the Company’s previously-established common stock repurchase program for two additional years, through June 30, 2015. The program would have otherwise expired on June 30, 2013. The Board of Directors has previously authorized the Company to repurchase up to $60 million of its common stock in the open market and through private purchases. As of March 31, 2013, the Company has repurchased approximately 5.8 million shares at a total cost of approximately $56.0 million, which leaves approximately $4.0 million that may yet be purchased under the current program.
