Item 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
At its meeting on May 16, 2013, the Company’s Board of Directors consented to a vote to declare, on May 16, 2013, a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.55 per share for the third quarter of fiscal 2013. The dividend will be paid on July 3, 2013, to shareholders of record on June 7, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
