On May 9, 2013, we announced earnings for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013 in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

The annual meeting of stockholders of Dot Hill Systems Corp. (the “Company”) was held on May 6, 2013, and the matters voted upon at the annual meeting and the results of the votes were as follows:
(a) The nominees named below were elected to serve as members of the Board of Directors of the Company until the 2016 annual meeting of stockholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualified, and the voting results were as follows:
