On April 23, 2013, Rex Energy Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing first quarter 2013 production results and updated its Corporate Presentation for April 2013. The updated Corporate Presentation has been posted to the Company’s website, www.rexenergy.com, and can be found in the Investor Relations section under “Events & Presentations”.
