Item 5.05 Amendments to the Registrant’s Code of Ethics, or Waiver of a Provision of the Code of Ethics.
On April 15, 2013, the board of directors of Revett approved a revised Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. The revisions included a change in reporting practices for violations of the Code or any law or rule as described in Revett’s Whistle Blower Policy.
