In connection with the delay in filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2012, Keyuan Petrochemicals, Inc. ( the “Company”) has decided to temporarily suspend the stock repurchase program from April 17, 2013. The Company plans to resume the stock repurchase program after it files the Form 10-K for fiscal year 2012.
