On April 9, 2013, Xerium Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") regarding certain preliminary financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
