February 19, 2013 - Clearwater, Florida - Nicholas Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq, NICK), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.12 per share on its common stock to be paid on March 29, 2013 to shareholders of record as of March 22, 2013.
