Item 8.01. Other Events.
At approximately 8:00 a.m. CDT on Friday, October 5, 2012, a Bell 407 helicopter operated by a subsidiary of Bristow Group Inc. was involved in an accident near Intracoastal City, Louisiana in which the pilot was fatally injured. There were no other passengers onboard. Bristow is currently working with authorities in their investigation.
