On September 25, 2012, Vringo Infrastructure, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vringo, Inc. (“Vringo”), sent the correspondence attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to ZTE Corporation regarding Vringo Infrastructure’s recently acquired infrastructure patent portfolio. Vringo believes that ZTE has been manufacturing and selling infrastructure equipment since at least 2002.
