First PacTrust Bancorp Announces Quarterly Senior Debt Interest Payment for the 3nd Quarter 2012


Irvine, Calif. (September 20, 2012) First PacTrust Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: BANC), the multi-bank holding company for PacTrust Bank and Beach Business Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash Interest Payment of $.46875 per share on its outstanding Senior Notes (NASDAQ: BANC.L). The Interest Payment will be payable on October 15, 2012 to shareholders of record as of October 1, 2012.   This Interest Payment results in an annualized yield of 7.5 percent.


The companys Senior Debt is traded on the NASDAQ Global Market under the BANC.L symbol.
