On September 5-6, 2012, representatives of Apartment Investment and Management Company (“Aimco”), including Ernie Freedman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Miles Cortez, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, and Patti Fielding, Executive Vice President and Treasurer, will meet with investors and analysts at the BMO Capital Markets 2012 North American Real Estate Conference to be held in Chicago, Illinois.
In addition, Mr. Freedman will participate in a 40-minute panel presentation that is scheduled for Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at 1:30 p.m. Central time. BMO Capital Markets will provide a live webcast of the panel discussion, which may be accessed at http://www.bmocm.com/conferences/NARealEstate2012/webcast.
During the conference, Aimco representatives will distribute the attached presentation. The presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
