Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 20, 2012, MAM Software Group, Inc. (the “Company”) delivered a corporate presentation (the “Presentation”) at the Marcum Microcap Conference and Software Information Industry Association Conference in New York, New York. A copy of the Presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On June 22, 2012, the Company’s Board of Directors authorized an increase in the previously announced plan to repurchase of up to $2,000,000 of its common stock, which original plan was effective March 5, 2012 and increased on May 18, 2012, increases the previously announced repurchase plan for an additional $2,000,000, or $4,000,000 in the aggregate.
