First PacTrust Bancorp Announces Quarterly Senior Debt Interest Payment for the 2nd Quarter 2012


Irvine, Calif. (June 22, 2012) First PacTrust Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: BANC), the holding company for PacTrust Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash Interest Payment of $.47 per share on its outstanding Senior Notes (NASDAQ: BANC.L). The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2012 to shareholders of record as of July 1, 2012.   This cash distribution results in an annualized yield of 7.5 percent.


The companys Senior Debt is traded on the NASDAQ Global Market under the BANC.L symbol.  This will be the first Interest Payment on the newly issued Senior Debt.
