WESTERN REFINING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE

UBS SECURITIES GLOBAL OIL AND GAS CONFERENCE

EL PASO, Texas – May 22, 2012 – Western Refining, Inc. (NYSE:WNR) announced today that Company management will present at the UBS Securities Global Oil and Gas Conference in Austin, Texas. The presentation is currently scheduled for Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at 1:30 pm ET and will be webcast live.
