The undersigned, a broker, custodian bank, trustee, depositary or other nominee holder of warrants exercisable at $5 per share (the “$5 Warrants”) exercisable for the purchase of shares of common stock (“Common Stock” or “Common Shares”) of Omagine, Inc.
