Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 13, 2011, the Registrant announced that the record date for shareholders eligible to receive the $.36 per share cash dividend previously announced on August 25, 2011, had been changed to September 23, 2011, from the previously announced record date of September 16, 2011. The September 30, 2011, payment date for the dividend did not change. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99 and incorporated herein by this reference.
