Item 5.02               Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Riverview Financial Corporation announced the appointment of Brett D. Fulk, age 43, as Chief Operating Officer of the registrant and Riverview National Bank, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the registrant.  Information regarding  Mr. Fulk’s experience is presented in a press release issued by Riverview on July 14, 2011, a copy of which is furnished as exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

On July 14, 2011, Riverview National Bank, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Riverview Financial Corporation, announced a new loan production office in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.  Riverview National Bank issued a press release on July 14, 2011, a copy of which is furnished as exhibit 99.1.
