Enbridge Energy, Limited Partnership, a majority-owned subsidiary of Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”), settled a dispute with a shipper on its Lakehead crude oil pipeline system and expects, as a result, to receive payment of approximately $50 million on or before July 5, 2011. The Partnership expects to record the proceeds to income in its 2011 second quarter operating results.
