Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 24, 2011, Lihua International, Inc. (the “Company”) held an Investor Day at its facilities. During the day, an update was given with respect to the Company’s progress in upgrading its auditors. It was disclosed that the Company has had discussions with a Big Four audit firm regarding its potential engagement as the Company's registered public accountant.
On May 26, 2011, the Company issued a press release recapping the Investor Day. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
