Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 20, 2011, Niska Gas Storage Partners LLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will participate in the 2011 National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships’ (“NAPTP”) Annual Investor Conference on May 25, 2011, in Greenwich, Connecticut, and that David Pope, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Simon Dupéré, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and Vance Powers, Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting at 11:35 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (10:35 a.m. Central Daylight Time).  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
