Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders

Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on March 9, 2011. The stockholders considered five proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement dated January 20, 2011.

Proposal 1: Election of Directors:
