On March 7, 2011, the Company’s Compensation Committee approved an increase in Michael J. Colson’s annual salary from $260,000 to $285,000. Mr. Colson is the Company’s Senior Vice President, Solutions. No other changes to Mr. Colson’s compensation plan were approved.
