Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors, Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
At the March 8, 2011 meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (the “Company”), the Board approved a slate of candidates for the Company’s Board for election at the Company’s next annual meeting of shareholders, which is currently scheduled for May 25, 2011. Richard Robertson and David Zenoff have elected not to stand for re-election upon expiration of their current terms at the annual meeting.
