Item 7.01		Regulation FD Disclosure.

     On February 7, 2011, Western Refining, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing temporary suspension of refining operations at its El Paso refinery due to inclement weather in El Paso and related curtailment of electricity by the local utility. The Company has begun the necessary repairs to resume operations and anticipates beginning startup of certain processing units in approximately three to five days. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
