Item 2.02. Results Of Operations And Financial Condition.
On
February 1, 2011, Global Cash Access Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing certain
estimated preliminary results of operations for the year ended December 31, 2010. A copy of the press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
